• All fees are for a one-time use only.
• Each image must be credited to the Aspen Historical Society.
• A one-time use release must be signed by each user.
• A copy of the finished product is requested.
Scholarly use, local non-profits $20/image
Local advertisements and publications with under 5,000 printed $50/image
Cover, advertising and promotional use $250/image
Use of the Wheeler/Stallard Museum or the Holden/Marolt Barn for photo shoots or videotaping. $250/shoot
Special Media Use Fees separately negotiated

If the Aspen Historical Society does not have a negative of an image, and the image desired is larger than 8" x 10", a negative must be made at the cost of the customer. All negatives are Aspen Historical Society's property.

Scans
Computer scan $15/scan
A digital image is made from a scan of the original image. Can be emailed or put on DC ($1 fee)

A computer scan is a digital file from a scan of the original image. Please provide a PC formatted ZIP disk for transfer of the file.
