Wheeler/Stallard Museum Grounds Rentals
The Wheeler/Stallard Museum is located in Aspen’s quiet and historic West End, the lush gardens of this Queen Anne style Victorian mansion offer an elegant setting for receptions, benefits and weddings. Grounds are designed to accommodate parties of up to 250. Neighborhood noise restrictions apply.

Time: June – Mid-September | 9:30am – 8:30pm
Fee: $2500 | Children's Parties, $200 | Other events on request

• Availability: June – late September.
• Rentals begin at 8:30am
• Tent rental is recommended.
• A security deposit and holding fee are required.
• Noise is restricted to a level appropriate for residential neighborhoods. A noise variance permit may be required.
• Catering facilities are limited.
• Music entertainment and caterer will be pre-approved by Aspen Historical Society staff.
• Maximum allowable occupancy 250 people.
• Artifacts on-site must be given the utmost care.

Give an unusual children’s party or a Victorian Tea Party on the grounds with an old fashioned theme using one of our Traveling Trunks.

Holden/Marolt Barn Grounds Rentals
The Holden/Marolt Barn is located at the edge of Aspen and surrounded by beautiful views, these grounds offer a casual and unusual setting for receptions, benefits and weddings. The Holden/Marolt Barn houses a Museum of Mining and Farming artifacts and is not available for parties. Grounds are designed to accommodate parties of up to 250.
